Brendon Yarish

Brendon Yarish was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2019 after receiving degrees from the University of Manitoba (J.D., 2018) and the University of Winnipeg (M.A. Cultural Studies, 2013; B.A.(Honours) & Gold Medal, Linguistics, 2012).

Brendon completed his legal articles at Brodsky & Company (now Brodsky Amy & Gould), practicing almost exclusively in criminal defence. As an articling student, Brendon assisted with files regarding everything from traffic tickets to first degree murder. Prior to joining PKF Lawyers in March 2023, Brendon worked at the Community Legal Education Association (CLEA) as a legal writer, where he created brochures, videos, and other informational materials on a range of legal topics, such as employment law, family law, human rights, and wills & estates.

Brendon has appeared in all levels of court in Manitoba, and represents clients on a wide variety of litigation matters, including:

He prefers taking on files with a strong human element and helping his clients achieve the best, most cost-effective results possible.

In his limited free time, Brendon’s hobbies include volleyball, photography, playing music, watching movies, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
