Sandy Mollard

Sandy Mollard is head of our corporate department and oversees all corporate work in our Winnipeg, Morden, Winkler & Selkirk offices. She supervises corporate filings and required documentation for corporate matters including business formations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions as well as other transactions. Sandy works closely with all of our lawyers practicing corporate law and with our clients’ accountants to prepare substantive & procedural legal documents and agreements and to ensure corporate registration compliances.

Since September 2017, Sandy has volunteered with the Stony Mountain Institution, a Federal multi-security complex, as a member of the Stony Mountain Citizens Advisory Committee. She has recently been elected Chair of the CAC and acts as a liaison between the Stony Mountain Institution and the Village of Stony Mountain, where she resides.
