Brittney joined PKF Lawyers in 2021. Prior to joining PKF she was a lawyer with Community Legal Education Association where she assisted the public with a variety of legal matters generally focused on employment law, family law and human rights issues.
Brittney was raised in both rural and urban Manitoba, (Brunkild, and Winnipeg). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Victoria, graduating with a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies. Her interests post University brought her to work in both rural and urban BC, as well as New Zealand. During this time she worked closely with non-profit and community-focused organizations. Through this work she was quickly identified as a leader in the region and was invited to complete a leadership development program accredited through Vancouver Island University.
Brittney continued her academic career at the University of Manitoba, completing her Juris Doctor in 2018, and was called to the Bar in Manitoba in 2019. While in law school Brittney worked as Editor for The Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law and as a Legal Research Assistant.
Brittney is a strong advocate for her clients and is passionate about using her skills to help people navigate their legal matters.
Outside of the office Brittney loves the outdoors, enjoying cross-country skiing, and rock-climbing and canoeing. She values the time spent with friends and family.
