PKF Lawyers, Manitoba’s Law Firm, is seeking a full-time office runner/general assistant to contribute to the daily management of our Firm in the Winnipeg downtown location. Our culture is built on professional excellence, collaboration, and a strong sense of pride in the services we offer.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Bank deposit runs
  • Delivering time sensitive and confidential documents to court
  • Reception coverage
  • Scanning, photocopying and binding
  • Closing files in our accounting system and inputting information into Excel spreadsheet
  • Taking files to and retrieving files from our on-site storage system
  • Making arrangements for the retrieval of files from our off-site storage system
  • Organizing and maintaining on-site storage rooms
  • Mail pick up and drop off
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, including loading and unloading dishwasher
  • Keeping track of Wills, including filing, retrieving and maintaining Excel spreadsheet

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Outlook , Cosmolex, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and take instructions
  • Ability to take initiative, when necessary
  • Courteous and professional
