Wilder Wilder & Langtry and Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger lawyers take great pleasure in announcing the merger of our two firms effective January 1, 2020. The newly combined firm will continue to operate from PKF’s new offices at 900-444 St Mary Avenue. This merger has been some time in the making in order to assure all our employees’ job security. The continuing association of our all our associates has been fully provided for under the terms of the merger. All steps are being taken to minimize the disruption to our clients and our staff and associates in the time leading up to and during the move.
Wilder Wilder & Langtry is a full service legal firm established in 1967. The firm is comprised of six lawyers. It conducts a general practice covering all areas of the law and in particular practices in the areas of Corporate Commercial law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Wills and Estates and Indigenous legal issues. Some lawyers in the Firm conduct a general practice while others are very highly specialized. A number of members of the Firm have been recognized for their proficiency within the practice. Senior members of the firm are prominent in varieties of community endeavors at the very highest levels, both provincially and nationally. Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger (established in 1926) is an entrepreneurial firm with 40% of its practice in the area of corporate commercial law, 30% civil litigation, 30% dedicated to personal services (wills, estates, residential real estate) and with the remaining 10% involving indigenous governance, northern economic development and and related issues. Presently PKF has fully staffed permanent offices in the Pembina Valley (Winkler, Morden and Carman), Selkirk and on Henderson Highway in addition to its main office in downtown Winnipeg.
