Gary Michael Sarcida

Gary Sarcida joined Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger as an articling student in 2004 and was called to the bar in June 2005. He has been an associate with Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger ever since.
He has appeared at all levels of court - Small Claims Court, the Provincial Court, the Court of Queens Bench, the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before a number of administrative tribunals - the Automobile Inquiry Appeal Commission; the Residential Tenancies Appeal Commission; Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunal – Pension Appeals; the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada; and the License Appeal Board.
As a member of Winnipeg’s Filipino community Gary adds a valuable language and cultural ingredient to the firm. He can fluently communicate in the official Filipino language of Tagalog, and is currently advisor counsel for the Philippine Association of Manitoba Inc. and the Southeastman Filipino Association of Manitoba Inc.
Gary is also a member the Board of Directors of Folklorama and the Folk Arts Council of Winnipeg Inc. He has served as Chair of the Member Relations Committee and is currently serving as Chair the Review Committee.

Away from the practice of law, you can find Gary on the golf course or cheering on his beloved Lakers as he bleeds purple and gold.
